Lima Memorial Health System was created by the people of Lima, is supported by and responsible to the people of Lima and remains your local hospital. The Lima Memorial Foundation was established to philanthropically support the health system in offering the most medically advanced care by uniting our community to address critical health needs.

Board of Directors
The Lima Memorial Foundation Board of Directors is comprised of community leaders and Lima Memorial Health System representatives committed to providing leadership in the acquisition, management, and distribution of philanthropic gifts. They also provide fiduciary responsibility for funds raised.
